Every division: 3 pool games, then a single-elimination bracket on Sunday. Champions get rings, runners-up get medals.

Pool play from 5:00 pm for 8U–10U. Coach check-in online by Mar 22.
Saturday, Mar 27
Pool play for every division from 8:00 am.
Sunday, Mar 28
Brackets from 8:00 am. Championships around 4:00 pm.

Where to stay
Stay-to-play is required. Teams book through our housing partner, Brazos Team Housing. Teams based within 50 miles of Waco are exempt. All three hotels below are booked through the portal.
The venue
Six lighted turf fields, all at one complex.
Cedar Ridge Sports Park
- Free parking in lots A and B
- Pop-up tents allowed behind the outfield fences
- Small coolers OK, no glass
- Concessions open from 7:30 am

Good to know
What if it rains?
Games may be shortened to keep the bracket on schedule. If a team plays fewer than two games because of weather, half the entry fee is refunded. Text SPRING to (254) 555-0199 for rain alerts.
Is there a gate fee?
$10 a day or $20 for the weekend per adult. Players, coaches, and kids 12 and under are free.
Are dogs allowed?
Service animals only.
